This month’s happy hour kit is all about fresh Quebec produce!

Alcohol: Vodka

Cocktail 1 - Coolcumber
Very light refreshing cucumber rosemary vodka soda! Perfect for the hot days ahead!
4 Cucumber Slices (optional)
Ice
1 ¼ oz Vodka
1 ¼ Oz Coolcumber Syrup
Soda
Step 1: Muddle 3 Slices of Cucumber (optional)
Step 2: Add Ice Step 3: Add 1 1/4 Oz Vodka
Step 4: Add 1 ¼ oz Coolcumber Syrup
Step 5: Top with soda, but not too high
Step 6: Carefully use a bar spoon or long spoon to swirl the drink starting from the bottom going upwards. Be careful not to spill the ice.
Step 7: Garnish with a slice of cucumber
Step 8: Enjoy!
Cocktail 2 – Rhufresh
A refreshing Brazilian classic cocktail, spiced up with some Quebec Rhubarb! Simple, refreshing cocktail balancing sweet, sour and tart notes.
4 Lime Slices
1 ¼ Oz Rhufresh Syrup
Crushed Ice or Regular
Ice
1 ¼ oz Vodka
Step 1: Add 3-4 lime wedges in a glass.
Step 2: Add 1 ¼ oz Rhufresh Syrup
Step 3: Muddle the limes and the syrup together. Muddling in a bit of liquid helps release the juice of the fruit. Gauge how juicy the limes are to determine if you may need more or less. Too much lime, or too much muddling makes the drink bitter. Muddle with the flesh side down to release the oils from the lime as well as the juice from the flesh.
Step 4: Add crushed Ice, or whole ice. Leave a little room for stirring!
Step 5: Add 1 1/4 Oz Vodka
Step 6: Carefully use a bar spoon or long spoon to swirl the drink starting from the bottom going upwards. Be careful not to spill the ice or limes.
Step 7: Garnish with a lime wedge and top it off with more ice if desired.
Step 8: Enjoy!

Cocktail 3 – That’s So Fraise!
Quebec Strawberry Lemonade. If you’re mouth isn’t watering yet, you’ve never had Quebec Strawberries!
Ice 1 ¼ oz Vodka
2 Oz That’s So Frasie! Syrup
Soda

Step 1: Add Ice
Step 2: Add 1 1/4 Oz Vodka
Step 3: Add 1 ¼ oz “That’s so Fraise!” Syrup
Step 4: Top with soda, but not too high.
Step 5: Carefully use a bar spoon or long spoon to swirl the drink starting from the bottom going upwards. Be careful not to spill the ice.
Step 6: Garnish with a slice, wheel or wedge of lemon.
Step 7: Enjoy!

An instructional video on how to make the cocktails loaded with tips and tricks from a professional mixologist.
*The kits DO NOT CONTAIN ALCOHOL BY LAW, so each month the kit will center around a different alcohol.
