
GW Happy Hour Kits May 2020
Hello everyone!
This is my first instructional video for my Gabrielle Wicha's Happy Hour Kits! From now on, I will be producing 1 Happy Hour Kit every month with 3 different themed cocktail mixes surrounding 1 alcohol and 2 small snacks that pair with the cocktails which will be available for delivery in Montreal and surrounding areas.

Theme of the month: Floral Spring Flavors!

A twist on the classic Bees Knees, a prohibition era cocktail!

Step 1 – empty some of the lavender rim provided in your kit on a small plate.
Step 2 - slice the lemon to create a lemon wedge or wheel.
Step 3 - Use the lemon slice to wet all around the Rim the glass (ideally martini, but any will do), and while wet, slowly roll the rim of the glass through the rimming sugar.
Step 4 - Put ice in a shaker and 1/3 full, and add: 2 ounce Gin 2 ounce Lavender vanilla sour syrup (replaces lemon juice and syrup)
Step 5 - Shake with ice for about 7-10 seconds.
Step 6 - Strain into a rimmed glass
Step 8 - Garnish with a lemon

Step 1 – empty some of the Cranberry rim provided in your kit on a small plate.
Step 2 - slice the lemon to create a lime wedge or wheel.
Step 3 - Use the lime piece to wet all around the Rim the glass, and while wet, slowly roll the rim of the glass through the rimming sugar.
Step 4 - Put ice in a shaker and 1/3 full, and add: 2 ounce gin 2 ounce raspberry hibiscus sour syrup (replaces lemon juice and syrup)
Step 5 - Shake with ice for about 7 seconds.
Step 6 - Strain into a glass rimmed glass with fresh ice or dirty pour for more immediate consumption.
Step 7 - Top with club soda
Step 8 - Garnish with a lime.

Take on a classic gin sour!
Step 1 - Add the following to a shaker: 1 1/4 ounce gin 1 ounce egg white or 1 egg white 1 ounce blueberry violet syrup 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
Step 2 - Dry shake for 10 seconds without ice.
Step 3 - Add ice and shake a second time for an additional 7-10 seconds.
Step 4 - Strain into glass with ice or dirty pour the whole contents into a glass if consuming more slowly to keep cold longer.
Step 5 - Garnish with a gummy
