How to Make Crispy Delicious Fried Chicken Bites

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Thighs (7-8) or Chicken Breast (3-4) Cut Into Pieces
Small Bowl # 1: Flour Mixture
1 cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Small Bowl # 2: Beer Batter
1 Bottle Beer (The darker the richer the taste)
1 Egg
1-2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
Small Bowl # 3: The Breading
2 Cups of Italian Breadcrumbs

Step 1: Set Up Bowls and Get Ingredients

Step 2: Whisk Flour Mixture Together in First Bowl (1 cup Flour, 2 Tablespoons Fresh Ground Pepper,1 Tablespoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Paprika, 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper)

Step 3: Whisk Together Beer Batter Ingredients in Second Bowl (1 Bottle Beer, 1 Egg, 1-2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce)

Step 4: Pour Breadcrumbs (2 Cups) in Third Bowl

Step 5: Dredging the First Piece of Chicken in Flour (Shake off excess)

...Then in the Beer Batter (Shake off excess)

...Then in the Breadcrumbs (Shake off excess)

...Then in the Back in the Batter (Shake off excess)

...Then in the Back in the Breading (Shake off excess)

And Layout Chicken on Tinfoil Lined Tray

Repeat Process With All Chicken.
These can keep in the freezer and be cooked from frozen at a later date if desired.

Step 6: In Either a Deep Heavy Bottomed Pan, Deep Fryer, Cast Iron Pan, or Dutch Oven, Heat Oil to approximately 375 Degrees
If you do not have a thermometer, heat on medium-medium high heat until a tiny spec of flour sizzles when thrown into the oil!

Step 7: In batches cook the pieces about 2-3 minutes a side

Flip Chicken and Cook For Another 2-3 Minutes

Step 8: Remove Chicken from Oil and Place on Paper Towels.
Chicken Pieces should be Golden in Color.
